ITFC
The field turf at Portman Road is literally situated in the shadow of the stadium and is a surface of the highest quality. Used by the first team for occasional training, the field turf is second to none. The turf is made of compacted rubber granules, recycled from old tyres and has the distinct advantage of being an all weather surface.

Over the past 7 years ITFC has developed strong links with Norwegian Professional team ODD Grenland.
The links have developed so well that Odd became the first Norwegian club to start a community scheme, based on the ITFC model. As part of that link, Odd Grenland based in Skien, Norway have hosted both boys and girls from ITFC's GCOE & ACP programme for residential stays.
The nearby Hotel Herkules, which has recently been refurbished, caters for all our requirements including a whole host of sports such as Swimming, ice-skating and wall climbing. Whilst in Skien, Players take part in games and training sessions plus social activities which help them to learn about Norwegian culture.
